Inspired by the ancient Silk Route that once connected Ladakh to the cultures of Asia, RYU OKA brings together the flavours of Japan, Korea, Thailand, China and Bali in a refined Pan-Asian dining experience at 11,562 feet.
Thoughtfully curated for Ladakh’s unique high-altitude environment, the menu balances authenticity with innovation, while locally sourced ingredients such as apricot and sea buckthorn are subtly woven into select creations to create a deeper connection to place.
